When you create an account, we store your name, email address, phone number, and password (hashed — we never store or can see your actual password). When you place an order, we store the delivery address, items ordered, and order total. Product reviews you write are stored with your account and shown publicly under your first name and last initial.
We never see or store your full card number, expiry date, or CVV. Card payments are handled entirely by our payment provider's secure, PCI-compliant checkout — that data never touches ShopAgent's servers or database.
Your data is used to process and deliver your orders, let you track them, personalize search and recommendations, and contact you about your account or an order. We don't sell your data to third parties.
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by emailing support@shopagent.pk. Deleting your account removes your saved addresses, cart, and wishlist; order history is kept for accounting purposes.
ShopAgent is a portfolio project built to demonstrate an AI shopping assistant, not a registered company. The account and order data it stores is real (kept in a private database, not shared or sold), but this policy is written in plain terms rather than formal legal language.
