Placing an order is an offer to buy at the price and quantity shown at checkout. Prices, stock, and delivery estimates are revalidated at the moment you place the order — if something changed since you last viewed it, you'll see the updated figures before you confirm. An order is only placed after you explicitly approve it; nothing is charged before that.
Cash on Delivery is available on every order. Card payment, where enabled, is processed by a third-party payment provider — ShopAgent never receives or stores your raw card details. Payment status is only ever updated by a verified confirmation from that provider, never by the storefront directly.

ShopAgent's assistant searches and recommends from the real product catalog and can build a cart on your behalf, but it cannot place an order, charge a payment, or change an existing order without your explicit confirmation at each step.
ShopAgent is a portfolio project demonstrating an AI shopping assistant, not a registered business. These terms describe how the demo store actually behaves rather than serving as a binding legal contract.
